HR CONSULTING PACKAGES
Personnel Partners cost effective services are offered in customized ala-cart or flat rate options, getting you back to business with peace of mind. Get started with an initial, cost-free consultation.
All of our client relationships begin with an initial, cost-free consultation. Held virtually or in-person at your convenience, this first evaluation meeting allows us to learn more about your organization through a current needs assessment and identifies HR processes and procedures necessary to update or newly implement. It also helps your team digest the myriad of the services and packages Personnel Partners provides. Upon completion of the consultation meeting, our staff will deliver a detailed proposal outlining the required package level, other services available in your customizable package, tasks to be completed during the onboarding phase, as well as detailed pricing structure.
Following your Free Consultation, Personnel Partners will implement and update the processes and procedures outlined in your personalized consultation proposal. Duties and expectations will be met through a series of audits and one-on-one meetings. Your custom package is needs-based and priced individually, depending on the unique scope of services identified.
Not ready to commit to a full package, but need occasional assistance with HR? Personnel Partners provides Ala-Carte Services individually priced as either an hourly fee or a flat fee.
